Most items are handmade to order. If your item is handmade to order, be shipped 14-21 business days day via USPS. If you want to check on the stock of your desired item, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to ensure your order gets out in a timely manner. Custom orders take 21 business days once the design and colors are approved by the customer. We charge a flat rate of 3.99 for First Class Mail. U.S. without Insurance or 7.99 with Signature confirmation, orders usually arrive within about 3-5 days with First Class Mail. Rush orders are available, sometimes for a fee depending on the case. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request rush orders.
Standard Return Policy
All lingerie sales are final unless a product arrives damage, or we made an error. If an order was sent damaged or by error, we will offer a replacement (free of shipping). However, if you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind, if you do decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs. Lace patterns are subject to change based on styles and sizes, however colors will remain the same. Swimwear is eligible for an exchange, assuming sanitary liners and any other applicable packaging is in tact. The buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs, one way. Exchanges can also be made in store at our Echo Park Location.
