Processing, Cancellations, Shipping & Returns
Processing Times
Most items are handmade to order. Handmade orders have a processing time of 14-31 business days in addition to USPS transit times.
If we happen to have all of the items in-stock, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. If you’d like to check on the stock of a specific item, email us at thepantyline@cantiqLA.com or use the chat function on the website.
Orders including custom colors and/or designs take 21-45 business days to process, and we require that you approve the product before shipping.
Cancellations
All cancellations/refunds are subject to a restock fee of $10 USD per item that will be deducted from your refund amount. If your item has already begun the production process, no cancellations can be made. Any edits/substitutions are subject to our approval.
U.S. Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for First Class Mail with tracking. These orders usually arrive within 5 business days.
For a shorter transit time and up to $100 insurance, you can select Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.99.
Priority mail express is available starting at $34.99, which is guaranteed 1-2 days. Delivery times are subject to the USPS and are not CantiqLA's responsibility
In some cases, we offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please email thepantyline@cantiqLA.com and we can tell you if we’re able to accommodate.
International Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $15.99 for First Class International Mail with tracking. These orders usually arrive within 21 business days.
For a shorter transit time and up to $100 insurance, you can select Priority International Mail for a flat rate of $40.99.
Return Policy
All cantiqLA products can be Exchanged only within 30 days of receipt (domestic items only) of the item unless on LAST CALL, on sale or listed as a sample (which is final sale), all exchange requests must be made via our Chat function on cantiqLA.com. Customers are required to pay for shipping both ways for all exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or in-error. All exchanges can only be accepted in un-worn, un-used condition, if an item is received worn or used, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. We recommend consulting our Size Guide and/or our Chat to discuss sizing before ordering. Lace patterns are subject to change.
If an order arrives damaged or by our error, we will offer a replacement free of shipping. If you decide you don’t want a replacement, the item can be returned for your money back instead. If you do decide to return the product for a refund, we cannot cover the shipping costs.
Swimwear is eligible for exchange assuming all sanitary liners and packaging is in-tact. When exchanging swimwear, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs in one direction. These exchanges can also be made in-person at our Echo Park
